By purchasing or accessing The AI Video Craft, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Course (including but not limited to all video content, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, text, photographs, and graphics) are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

LICENSE GRANT: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Course for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Sharing your login credentials or download links with any third party.
Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or selling any part of the Course.
Uploading course materials to file-sharing websites, torrent sites, or social media groups.
Creating a derivative work or competing course based on our proprietary curriculum.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may result in legal action for copyright infringement.

2. User Representations

3. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase of the Course. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, if you have already purchased the course, you will not be charged any additional fees for the content you have already paid for.

4. Educational Disclaimer

The AI Video Craft is for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the specific results you will achieve. Your success depends on various factors including your background, dedication, desire, and motivation.

Any examples of income or video views shown in our marketing materials are only estimates of what is possible now. There is no assurance that you will do as well as the examples provided.

5. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. You and The AI Video Craft consent that the courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Site; (2) breach of these Terms of Service.
